I’m John Spurrell, Principal of Spurrell Development Advisors LLC, a Durham-based construction and development professional with 20+ years of experience in land development, construction management, and owner’s representation.
I help investors, lenders, developers, and ownership groups protect their interests and improve project outcomes through independent oversight, informed reporting, and practical project management.
