I’m John Spurrell, Principal of Spurrell Development Advisors LLC, a Durham-based construction and development professional with more than 20 years of experience in land development, construction management, and owner’s representation.
I help investors, lenders, and developers protect their capital and achieve successful project outcomes through independent oversight, informed reporting, and hands-on management.
